Most AI training teaches you to write better prompts.
This class teaches AI to do the work.

Two hours, twenty people, everyone building. Not a webinar, not a demo you watch someone else give — you learn how to build the skill on your own laptop, with your own business's data, and still have it working on Wednesday morning.

How a night runs

5:30

Doors & pints

Get a drink, get your laptop open, get seated. Setup help is available if you need it.

5:45

Tonight's question

Fifteen minutes on what we're building and why it matters to a business your size.

6:00

You build it

Step by step, on your own laptops, with Jukka moving from table to table until yours is operational.

7:15

Run it again tomorrow

What to do with it the next day, plus a take-home guide so you can repeat it.

Session breakdown

Each night you build one real skill. The four sessions rotate quarterly, so you can start with whichever skill your business needs first.

Sept 8Tuesday

Your AI Chief of Staff

Set up Claude Cowork, connect your email and calendar, and build the morning briefing that has your day organized before your first coffee.

You leave with a briefing that runs itself every weekday morning.

Sept 29Tuesday

Email, handled

Teach AI to read, sort, draft, and follow up — the whole inbox turned into a short checklist, drafted to match your voice.

You leave with your own inbox organized and three email drafts written for you.

Oct 13Tuesday

Your numbers, live

Turn financial statements and spreadsheets into dashboards and plain-English answers — ask your books a question, get a straight reply.

You leave with one dashboard built off your own numbers.

Oct 27Tuesday

Your first agent

Build an AI agent that does a real job in your business, end to end — intake, follow-up, quoting, scheduling, whatever eats your week.

You leave with one agent doing one job you no longer have to do.

After October the sessions repeat on the same rotation. Miss one, catch it next quarter.

Which one are you?

Attend or swap?

Attend

  • You run the business, or are a big part of it, and can implement what you build.
  • You've played with ChatGPT or Claude and thought: fine, but what does it actually do for me?
  • You'd rather build one working skill than hear about twenty prompts.
  • You're able to bring a laptop and log in to your own email, calendar, or books with ease.

Swap

  • You've never opened an AI tool — start at the free monthly Lunch & Learn instead.
  • You need your whole team trained on prompting and safe-use guardrails. That's AI Campus, a different program — call Jukka for more info.
  • You'd rather sit and watch. This training is hands-on and everyone is an active participant.
  • You're looking for someone to build it for you — that's a project. Ask Jukka to learn more about skill projects.

Jukka has spent four years running AI training and automation work for Albuquerque businesses, and over 50 local companies have attended his sessions. Before WSI, he was a CFO and worked his way up to President of the Americas for an $80M consumer-goods company. He knows that the questions he asks about your business are the ones an owner asks, not the ones a software demonstrator asks.

He is Finnish — the accent you are hearing comes from north of the Arctic Circle.

Before you arrive

Do I need to know anything going in?

You should have used an AI chatbot at least once. That's the bar. Everything else gets built in the room.

What do I bring?

A laptop you can log in to your work accounts on, and your phone. A charger is a good idea — it's two hours. And know your passwords: you'll be signing in to the applications you want to connect, so bring them or have your password manager with you.

Which AI tools do we use?

Claude — the paid version. We build on paid Claude in every class, so plan on having a paid Claude account when you come.

Is my business data safe?

We cover this in the class, before anyone connects anything.

Can I send someone from my team?

Yes — the seat is a seat. It works best for whoever actually owns the process you want automated.

Is dinner included?

Yes. Dinner and your first drink are included in the price of the seat.

Do the sessions build on each other?

No. Each night stands alone, so you can start at any of them. Come to all four and they add up to a system.

What if I get stuck?

That's what the two hours are for. Jukka works table to table, and nobody leaves with a half-built thing they can't finish.

Tuesday night. Laptop open. AI running by 7:30.
